Oralade Advanced GI+ is a great-tasting, ready-to-serve oral rehydration support (ORS) with a natural chicken flavor. The isotonic formula contains water, essential electrolytes and simple sugars and is designed for rapid absorption and optimal hydration. The amino acids glycine and glutamate, as well as prebiotic fiber, provide intestinal support during recovery.

Guide to oral rehydration and feeding per 24 hours
• Cats, kittens and puppies under 4 kg: 50 ml/kg, total under 200 ml
• Large cats and small dogs 4–10 kg: 44 ml/kg, total 200–450 ml
• Medium dogs 10–25 kg: 33 ml/kg, total 450–825 ml
• Large dogs 25–45 kg: 30 ml/kg, total 825–1,350 ml
• XL dogs 45–60 kg: 26 ml/kg, total 1,350–1,560 ml

Fluid requirements may vary depending on factors such as the animal's age, breed and activity level. The amounts given are guidelines for maintenance; additional hydration may be required in the event of fluid loss. Water should always be available. For tube feeding/microenteral nutrition, the packaging indicates a starting amount of 0.25–0.5 ml/kg per hour for the first four hours and then a gradual increase of 50% every four hours.

Composition: Purified water, dextrose monohydrate, chicken liver hydrolysate (1.5%), sodium chloride, potassium chloride, monosodium phosphate, fructo-oligosaccharide 1,000 mg (0.1%), vegetable oils and fats, natural flavouring.

Additives per kg: Xanthan gum 1,200 mg. Sensory additives: glycine 4,000 mg, monosodium glutamate 1,200 mg.

Analytical constituents: Moisture 96%, crude protein 1%, inorganic matter 0.5%, crude fibre 0.3%, chloride 0.2%, sodium 0.14%, crude fat 0.1%, potassium 0.08%, phosphorus 0.027%, calcium 0.006%. Energy: 14 kcal/100 ml.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening: refrigerate and use within 4 days, or freeze and use within 12 months. Discard unused portion after 12 hours.
